What is PromoVideos.shop?

Promo Videos is online store where you can purchase a customized video template and use it to promote your business, organization and etc. Use it your social marketing campaigns, TV commercial campaigns, put it on your website, share it with your clients, friends and etc.
Just pick and purchase a template than follow the instructions you receive over email on how to provide your logo, images and text for your new customized promotional video and in less then 24h you will receive a download link where you can download your draft video. If you like the video you reply to our email with a confirmation and we will send you a download link for a Full HD promotional video, and you are ready for your awesome marketing campaigns.

How to purchase a promo video?

PromoVideos.shop offers a standard purchase flow. If you ever made a purchase online, you wont have any problems here.

  1. Navigate to our template gallery.
  2. Pick one or more templates that you would like to purchase and customize and put them in the Basket/Cart by clicking on the "ADD TO BASKET" button.
  3. Repeat the process until you find every video template that you want to purchase.
  4. Now click or hover with your mouse over the "CART" button in the top left corner of your screen and choose "CHECKOUT".
  5. Fill out your data in the form and click on the "PURCHASE" button (be sure to input a correct/valid email, because we will send the further instructions over that email).
  6. You will be prompted to input your bank account information or if you have a PayPal account you can login to PayPal.
  7. Click on "PAY" and after the payment is verified you will successfully complete your purchase.
  8. Now check your email and look for our order confirmation where you will find the further instructions on how to provide us with your new content for your promotional video.
How to provide perfect content for your video template?

All of our templates have a Full HD resolution. That being said, the images and videos you send us should have at least 1920x1080px (1080i/p) resolution. Don't worry, if you take a picture or record a video of your office with an average smartphone it should be good. But to be sure, when you open your image on your computer it should be the same size as this one. Of course it is not just about the size, it is also about the quality of the images and videos. But if your camera can create Full HD videos and images than you can use it to create your own content for your new customized promotional video.

If you expect your logo to appear on the video without a colored background you should provide us with a logo without a background color (in most situations your logo should have a .PNG extension)

Draft video delivery under 24h

In normal situations, this basically means that after purchasing a promotional video and providing us with your new content like logo, text and images (complete content) you can expect an email from us with a draft video download link in less than 24h. If at some point this waiting period is extended, you will see a notification banner on our website with all the necessary information.

What is a draft video?

Draft video is basically a low-quality preview video that you receive after purchasing a template and submitting your custom content to us (text, images, logo). We basically edit the template you have chosen and replace the stock content with your custom content and save it as a low-quality video (the quality is low because of easy shearing). The purpose of the draft video is for our customer to see if everything looks as planned and if needed the customer can request some changes (revision of the draft) in order to fine tune the video and achieve perfection. When the customer is satisfied with the draft video he has to confirm that in order to receive a Full HD video (final product ready for usage).

3 video revisions are free, what does that mean?

When you purchase a promotional video and provide us with all of the necessary custom content (logo, images, text...), you will receive a draft video download link. Download the video, and inspect it carefully. We are wizards of video editing, but it is normal that you think that something should be done differently (some text should have a different color, or you want a line break somewhere in the text, or you would like your logo to be bigger, or...). Video revisions give you the power of changing the draft video 3 times. Each time you send us the changes you desire, you will receive another draft video download link where you can download the changed video. You can do this for free up to 3 times.

If you request 4 or more revisions, every revision after the third one will be additionally charged according to the amount of work needed to fulfill your request.

Who is responsible for what?

We as a provider of video editing services are responsible for:

  • We are responsible for providing Full HD video. That means that the provided video is 1080p resolution and the quality of our stock content must be high. But we are not responsible for the potentially low quality of the content provided by the customer. Provided content (videos, images, logos) must be in Full HD resolution if you want it to look perfect in your promotional video.
  • We are responsible for providing the customer with a draft video in under 24 hours from the moment we received new content for the template customization. But if there is a banner with new information about the delivery time at the moment of the purchase, than that time is relevant at that point. For example: If you see a banner on our home page saying that the current delivery time of the draft video is 34h at the moment of your purchase, than you must wait 34h to receive your draft video (34h from the moment you provide the complete content for video template customization).
  • We are not responsible for any copyright content that the user has provided to us.

The customer is responsible for:

  • The customer is responsible for the content he provided us. If any provided content is a subject to copyright the customer is fully responsible for it.
  • The customer is responsible for the quality of the provided content. We can only use the provided content weather it is high or low quality. In other words we use what the customer has provided us.
  • The customer must follow the instructions provided in the order confirmation email
  • After reviewing the provided draft video the customer must inform us if he is satisfied with the video or he wants to make some changes (revision), and what should be changed.
Available payment methods

At the moment we support PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account you can use PayPal as a payment gateway buy using your MasterCard or Visa

When can i get my money back?
  • A customer can ask for a complete refund if we do not provide a final video in Full HD resolution with all of the characteristics stated in the template details.
  • A customer can ask for a complete refund if we do not deliver the draft video in under 24h. If there is an active information banner that alters that delivery period on the home page, than the information from the banner is at that point relevant until the banner is removed. For example if there is a banner on our home page saying that the current waiting period is 34h than that period is relevant for all every new video order until the banner is removed.

Chat question not answered!?

Please try to understand that there are those moments when we are really busy and just cannot answer every chat request. Please send us a message over the contact form on our contact page and we will answer you as soon as possible. In general the worst case scenario is to wait 24h for an answer. Thank you for your understanding.

My draft video is late!?

If you see a banner with information about the waiting period lasting longer than 24h than that waiting period and information in the banner is currently relevant (our current resources are maxed out and we need more time to process your video). But if there is no information and your draft video download link did not arrive within 24h, please contact us over the chat or send us an email and we will provide you with detailed information. And please note that if you are not satisfied with the provided information you can ask for a full refund.
